Cutting edge technology

Using the latest advances in modern equipment design, some of which have been custom engineered, formulae are made to order from working prototypes. Batch scale up can range from small lab sizes up to large production runs.

Processes are skillfully maintained for a variety of formats including dispersible powders, liquid blends, soluble granules, live-cell blends, pastes, feed-grade mixtures, gels, and emulsions in a myriad of packaging sizes and styles of pails, paks, boxes, bags, tubes, jugs, jars, tubs, and bottles.

Advantech Ltd® is a custom manufacturing animal health corporation located in the Midwestern United States. The general offices, production plant, research laboratory and warehousing all inhabit the same premises in Ft Dodge, Iowa to insure efficient communication and response time.

Engineered with “Quality First” as the objective, the production facility has multiple capabilities. Large scale production and a variety of packaging needs can both be met with equal expertise and control.
